In June 2026, as part of a wider corporate reorganisation, INEOS Enterprises Holdings Limited was sold to a new ultimate parent company named INEOS Limited, based in the Isle of Man. The previous parent was renamed INEOS Services Limited and is no longer an owner of the Company.

Contingent liabilities (1)

In July 2025, the Company was named as a party to a Bank Term Loan agreement dated 10 July 2025. The total outstanding indebtedness under the Bank Term Loan agreement at 31 December 2025 was €199.8 million ($234.7 million). The Company is a guarantor under the Bank Term Loan agreement; these obligations are secured by fixed and floating charges over the assets of the Company.
