In July 2025, two of the groups’ lenders requested repayment of their portion of the group’s RCF facility. This amounted to €2m and payment was made in September. Management have reviewed the Groups’ liquidity through review of forecast cashflow allowing for this change in circumstances. Management is confident that this repayment will not adversely affect the Groups’ debt compliance obligations or liquidity.
