On 20 January 2026, the Group disposed of seven wind farms in the UK with a total generating capacity of 72MW at a consideration above carrying value.
In May 2026, the Group entered into an agreement to sell a number of wind farms. Completion of the transaction is subject to certain future conditions.

Contingent liabilities (3)

There is a contingent liability to financial institutions amounting to £69,668,000 (2024: £16,825,000) in respect of counter indemnities for bonds granted to guarantee outstanding site costs of wind farm development within the Group.
The Group entered into a contractual agreement with a major equipment supplier and the outstanding commitment at the year end was £36,539,000 (2024: £15,522,000).
For VAT purposes a Group registration scheme is in operation. Under these arrangements there is a joint and several liability among some of the companies in the OnPath Energy Limited Group for amounts owed to HM Revenue and Customs.
